I've worked at top firms like Salesforce, Deloitte, Alvarez & Marsal, HSBC, and Morgan Stanley, where I honed my skills in strategic consulting and corporate banking. Recently, I graduated with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, further enhancing my expertise. I specialize in helping clients navigate career transitions, develop strategic career plans, and prepare for interviews in competitive industries. Having developed a multi-industry, multi-continent career, I have personal experience in myself and coaching others in navigating unique and non-traditional career paths and pivots.

I have successfully transitioned from academia to industry. I am employed as a successful researcher with a PhD in psychology. Since I have left academia, I have received numerous requests from PhD students and postdocs in psychology who are hoping to leave academia and land an industry research job. I have been able to dedicate my time to help many look into potential career paths, figure out their preferred kind of job, tailor their resumes accordingly, and land interviews. I would love to more systematically help and share my experiences through this platform.

With over a decade of talent acquisition experience, I’ve had the privilege of shaping top-tier engineering teams at high-growth startups and in venture capital. Starting my journey at Coursera during its Series A, I launched their University Recruiting Program. At Quora, I led the early career recruiting team, perfecting my ability to attract and retain top talent. At Human Capital, I partnered with founders from seed to growth stages, building world-class engineering teams for companies like Anduril, Observe, and Kojo. My passion for startup recruiting and proven success drive me to guide individuals in their career development. I have spent the last 10+ years building my own career and helping my peers and direct reports along the way. For the last 5 years, I have been supporting leaders and recent college graduates on how to succeed in an interview, speak and think confidently, and prepare in advance with strategies, people skills, and assertive communication to understand if the role is going to be a good fit for both parties. Many of my clients have been able to get a job or change jobs while working for an organization. Most of my clients work for Fortune 100/500 companies.

My passion for career coaching started early—I was a Peer Career Advisor at Brown, where I helped classmates refine resumes, prepare for interviews, and explore different paths. That interest only deepened during my MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where my education was steeped in leadership, coaching, and career development. At GSB, I not only went through the process of making my own career decisions in banking, private equity, and startups, but also supported classmates in navigating some of the toughest inflection points of their careers. Helping people figure out their next move has long been more than a job for me—it’s a passion. Part of that comes from watching my mom take so many twists and turns in her own career, which taught me that there’s no single “right” path.
