I am a career coach focused on helping high-performing individuals break into tech sales and accelerate their income and trajectory. I've helped over 30+ students transition into tech sales, averaging 3-6 interviews per week with only 35 minutes per day, without sending cold applications or cover letters. My background is in sales and consulting, where I developed a strong foundation in communication, deal strategy, and navigating complex buying processes. I have built a structured coaching program that teaches candidates how to position themselves competitively, generate opportunities through outbound and referrals, and take control of the interview process with clarity and confidence. I do not rely on theory. Everything I teach is based on real market dynamics and what hiring managers actually respond to. I work closely with my clients to refine their story, sharpen their outreach, and execute a repeatable system that leads to interviews and offers. This includes LinkedIn strategy, messaging frameworks, interview preparation, and objection handling. My approach is direct, practical, and results driven. I coach because I know what it feels like to be stuck. Before tech sales, I was working hard without real growth, income, or direction. Coaching changed my life by giving me a clear path and a system that actually worked. That experience is why I do this. I know what it takes to move, make a transition, and create opportunities instead of waiting for them. I help you shortcut the confusion and focus on what drives results. Most people rely on cold applications and generic advice that does not work. I teach positioning, outreach, and interview control so you can stand out and get offers.
