I have a lot of empathy for those charting out at the beginning of their career journeys. A fulfilling career isn't one size fits all and many people (including my earlier self) don't spend enough time doing the work to understand what energizes them. Crafting a fulfilling career (and ultimately life) takes intentional work with daily practice and I get a lot of personal satisfaction from helping clients put in place systems that help them make 1% improvements in this category every day.

I have spent the last 10+ years building my own career and helping my peers and direct reports along the way. In my role as a leader, I have a focus on the career development of my team members to ensure they are prepared for whatever comes next for them and providing opportunities that match their development needs. Outside of that, I have also been trained in the Co-Active certification program, working with individual clients over the last 3 years to help them gain clarity on what they want next in their career and how to create actionable next steps to get there.

I’ve led in high-stakes environments across the military, consulting, and corporate leadership. As Cadet First Captain at West Point, a U.S. Army helicopter pilot, a McKinsey Engagement Manager, and now a Managing Director at FedEx, I’ve been responsible for leading diverse, high-performing teams through complex challenges.
