A fulfilling career isn't one size fits all and many people (including my earlier self) don't spend enough time doing the work to understand what energizes them. Crafting a fulfilling career (and ultimately life) takes intentional work with daily practice and I get a lot of personal satisfaction from helping clients put in place systems that help them make 1% improvements in this category every day.

With over a decade of diverse professional experience, including eight impactful years at Google, coupled with four years of dedicated consulting, I bring a uniquely informed and results-oriented approach to career coaching.
