Educated as an engineer and trained in coaching & facilitation, I've spent 10 years working in strategy consulting and corporate sustainability, spending >100 hours in executive leadership and Board rooms, facilitating discussions and decisions on corporate strategies for multinational companies. Before that, I was an Associate at McKinsey advising on strategy and transformation. Before that, I rotated across business control, commercial strategy, and M&A through Ericsson's Global Leadership Program, with stops at NREP and EY in real estate investment. My career has never moved in a straight line — and that's exactly what I coach people to navigate.
