I don't come from a typical cookie-cutter MBA pipeline. I went to a Tier-3 college in India that most people haven’t heard of. I worked in industries and companies where no one talked about Harvard, let alone planned for it. As an international applicant from an over-represented background, I knew the odds were stacked against me. I managed to get into Harvard Business School through intentional career choices and a clear story of impact. Along the way, I was incredibly lucky. People took time out of their lives to mentor me, review my applications, and believe in me when I didn’t fully believe in myself. I wouldn’t be where I am without them. Coaching on Leland is my way of giving that back. I do not "sell a dream" or maximize my profit. I do this because people once invested their time and resources in my success, and I want to do the same for others. If you don’t come from a flashy school, brand-name company, or “perfect” background, I get it. I’ve been there. And I want to help you see that your story, when told honestly and clearly, is enough.

With a background in strategy/management consulting, as well as in international organizations and finance, I provide career coaching for your professional development based on my personal experience. I spent four years at Bain & Company, where I advised clients across various industries on growth and operations, developing my skills in leadership and team management. My journey continued at Oxford, where I completed a MBA from Said Business School and a Master in Public Policy from the Blavatnik School of Government, then with impactful roles at The Global Fund and the United Nations Advisory Alliance, where I led cross-functional projects and strategic finance initiatives. For over a decade, I've built digital products, concierge services, and AI tooling for job seekers and recruiters in tech -- providing them tech-enabled services and coaching through job search moments and ongoing career + executive progression. I'm now the founder and CEO of Free Agency, supporting talent through job search -- clients have achieved over $400M in job offers since 2019.
