I coach because I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative mentorship can be — especially for those navigating institutions that weren’t built with them in mind. As a law school graduate, federal judicial clerk, and former tech policy employee, I’ve worked across some of the most competitive legal and policy environments. But long before that, I was a first-generation college student from a working-class, Caribbean-American family, who found refuge and possibility in online communities. Over the years, I’ve helped others chart similarly complex paths — from public interest law to BigLaw, clerkships to tech policy.
