At The New York Times, I worked on major initiatives like the digital subscription launch and article recommendations—bringing people together, solving complex problems, and delivering real results. During my time at The New York Times, I made the shift from project management to talent management in HR. I found myself drawn to employee engagement and career development, which led me to coaching and people development. Now, as a Columbia-certified coach, I use behavioral research, proven methodologies, and deep listening to help individuals and organizations grow in meaningful ways. I’ve helped clients move forward in their careers, address obstacles to pursue personal and creative projects, and navigate career transitions with confidence. As a former HR Business Partner at Amazon and Management Consultant, I have worked extensively with hundreds of friends, family, and colleagues from a variety of backgrounds to refine resumes, write cover letters, and practice interviewing. My coaching philosophy is based on the following principles: 1) Your time is precious - we'll be efficient and I won't waste your time if I'm not providing value 2) Listen more than talk- I'll focus on what you need and won't monopolize our sessions with unrelated commentary 3) Drill down on targeted areas of focus - You're good at a lot of things; let's target any weak areas and drill those until you feel confident 4) Respect and genuine concern - I'll always be respectful and I bring sincere, singular attention to our calls Don't hesitate to reach out!

Most people don’t lose opportunities because they lack credentials. They lose them because their story doesn’t land. I work with ambitious professionals and Ivy-bound applicants who need to reposition their story during moments of change (e.g., career pivots, industry shifts, layoffs, or competitive admissions cycles.) I continue to operate professionally while coaching, which keeps my advice grounded in current market realities. My background spans higher education leadership, global tech, and platform-based businesses, where I’ve led strategy and partnerships through periods of growth, reinvention, and ambiguity. I’ve personally navigated non-linear career moves, rebranding at senior levels, and the trade-offs that come with choosing momentum over optics. What I do differently than most coaches: I don’t optimize for logos or titles. I help you decide what you’re actually positioning for, make intentional trade-offs, and articulate a narrative that holds up across resumes, applications, interviews, and real conversations. Experienced leader in healthcare administration. Spent four years as an Executive Director with the Ensign Group, the largest and most profitable long-term care company. Successfully grew census in each facility and helped with new acquisitions. Facility EBIT averaged 1.5 million and improved CMS star rating at each facility. Through connections from that job, was promoted to a Vice President role with a smaller company. Since joining Cross Healthcare, have helped lead four new acquisitions that are all profitable and successful. Census has grown over 25% since acquisition and net income has improved from negative before acquisitions to successful facilities.
