I worked with Asha throughout my PE recruitment journey and could not recommend her more. When looking for a coach at the beginning of recruiting, Asha stood out to me thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the nuances of the process and analytical approach to prep. Throughout our sessions, we focused on identifying strengths, working on weaknesses, and strategically fine tuning my interview performance across technical, behavioral, and qualitative areas. This enabled me to feel confident and well-prepared throughout my interviews, much of which I attribute to Asha's expertise.

I could not recommend Michael highly enough. If you're preparing for the Schwarzman application, he has such a wealth of knowledge about the whole application process and all the small details. Even if you're not applying for Schwarzman, his ability to listen to you speak about your experience and derive insights that help craft a narrative is phenomenal. He made me more confident not just in my application, but also about my background in general and how it contributes to my overall story as a person and as a leader. Additionally, he goes above and beyond on responsiveness. I sent him an unreasonable number of messages during the whole application process, and he would respond to every single one not only very quickly, but also very thoughtfully. The value I received from his coaching is worth way more than what I actually paid for his help. If I ever need help with an application like this again, I will 100% ask Michael for help again.

I recently attended Rusty's session on Landing an M7 MBA Acceptance with a Non-Traditional Background. The session helped me understand the odds for a Non-Traditional applicant to get into an M7 School. Further, Rusty shared great insights on differentiating your application and provided an incredible framework to approach an essay.
