As a non-traditional MBA applicant, I was initially concerned that all my efforts would be overlooked in favor of candidates with banking or consulting backgrounds. However, attending Rusty's info session on non-traditional applicants completely changed my perspective. I learned that my unique background is not a hindrance but actually a strength. I'm incredibly grateful to Rusty for this eye-opening insight and the renewed confidence I now feel.

Rusty was well prepared and balanced sharing the information that he had prepared with answering questions from the attendees. He did a good job generalizing questions that were too specific for the group setting. Overall, a thoughtful presentation that will help anyone as they consider their business school applications.

It was super useful to hear more about how we can think about the MBA application journey through Rusty's own experience as a backdrop. I received coaching from Asha when I was trying to lateral from a bulge bracket IB to a boutique IB. I was truly impressed with how knowledgeable Asha is. I felt that a true improvement with each session. She conducted mock interviews with me, helped enhance my deal walk-throughs, and quizzed me on my knowledge. Even on behavioral questions, Asha improved how I worded my answers. I successfully received the new job offer!

Manali was the presenter for the topic "Navigating M7 MBA Admissions with an Average GPA and Test Scores!" and was a very engaging presenter, open about her experience sharing her test scores, and provided helpful advice for being viewed by the admissions teams wholistically. Manali went above and beyond and has offered a free resume screening for attendees of the webinar - this gesture was very inspiring and spoke to her character as a coach. Thank you, Manali!
