Kelsey has a wealth of knowledge/experience and has the right rigor to deliver results! I met Kelsey in the middle of my application process with a short turnaround time. Kelsey was VERY ORGANIZED and thoughtful in her approach. She took the time up front to understand my goals, gave me a realistic picture of my candidacy, and built out a game plan that would set me up for success. Her extensive experience with the MBA application process allowed me to take away the "guesswork" each step of the way and focus on my exams / building my story. I'm happy to report that I was accepted to all of my top choice programs as a result of us working together and I'd recommend Kelsey to all of my friends/family considering B-school. I had an incredible one-hour Kellogg mock interview with Alex, who was not only extremely friendly but also incredibly efficient and detailed. She managed to cover a wide range of questions and provided highly actionable feedback that allowed me to refine my answers and see an immediate difference in my delivery. Her insider views on Kellogg were particularly helpful, and I could tell she genuinely cares about helping others succeed. I highly recommend Alex for mock interviews, especially if you are targeting Kellogg!

Working with Arthur on my MIT Sloan application was a highly efficient and rewarding experience. Coming from the tech industry, I was specifically looking for a coach who understood my professional world. Since Arthur is a Sloan alum with a career path very similar to what I want to pursue, he immediately "got" my points and knew exactly how to translate my tech achievements into a narrative that resonates with the admissions committee. Arthur has strong expertise in Sloan’s unique application process. He navigated the specific nuances of their materials and interview style with precision, which are quite different from other programs. He was able to quickly identify the stories I should highlight and provided strategic advice on the nuances of their "behavioral" interview approach that made me stand out. Arthur has always been incredibly supportive throughout the process. He gave me the confidence I needed to navigate the high-pressure and walk into my dream school interview feeling fully prepared. Background / Profile Context: - Region: International female from an overrepresented Asian country - Education: Undergrad in an Economics-related major; Low GPA - Experience: ~6-7 years in Tech - Leadership: Functional team lead and mentorship roles (no direct management experience) - Stats: GMAT Focus 715 - Application Timing: All R2 - Results: 6/6 Interview Invites, 5/6 Admits, including 2 M7s (Accepted to dream school Sloan with $$ Dean's Fellowship) and 3 T15s (one full-ride, one half-tuition). Total scholarship ~$300K+. Overall Experience: My journey started with a free intro call that set the bar incredibly high. Greg spent over an hour providing a realistic, strategic assessment of my profile. As an applicant from a highly competitive pool with a low GPA applying entirely in Round 2, I needed a consultant who could find my unique edge. Greg’s balanced honesty and proactive attitude made him the clear choice. He was upfront about the challenges of coming from an overrepresented pool and immediately gave me actionable advice on my GMAT target and school strategy. Coming from a analytics role with ~7 years of experience, I had plenty of technical achievements but lacked "direct management" titles. Greg was instrumental in helping me pivot my resume from "technical tasks" to "executive impact." We had a very thorough call going through each bullet points on my resume, and unearthed stories I had previously overlooked, several of which later became the "key stories" for my essays and interviews. Greg is a master of the "cohesive narrative." He has an incredible memory for detail, often connecting dots from our brainstorming sessions weeks prior to strengthen a current essay. He is exceptionally skilled at keeping essays concise and punchy without losing any critical context. The interview preparation was equally transformative. Instead of just running through mock questions, Greg taught me a comprehensive research methodology. We mapped out a strategy on how to structure responses, which stories to deploy for specific questions, and how to bridge my tech analytics background to my post-MBA goals. Greg for sure made me more confident when walking into the interviews. Greg provided a significant amount of "excess time" through generous round-downs and complimentary services, always prioritizing the quality of the application over the clock. He even reached out to his network to ensure we were presenting certain aspects of my profile in the most effective way possible. Conclusion: It still feels like a dream to have received an offer and a fellowship from my dream school—a goal that felt far out of reach just a year ago. I have already recommended Greg to my close friends, and I would recommend him to anyone serious about their MBA goals. He is detailed, knowledgeable, and deeply invested in his clients' success.
