Chip is a fantastic coach for so many reasons. He makes the otherwise stressful process of consulting recruiting to be a rather enjoyable learning experience. I learned a lot from my time with Chip, and he makes sure to hit every point of feedback even if it means jumping on for 10 mins later in the day so that he can cover everything we may not have had the chance to earlier. True definition of a coach who's looking out for you and wants you to succeed. He specifically supported my recruiting processes for both BCG and Bain, and I would not be in the position I am right now without his guidance until the very last night before my final rounds.
