Over the last six years, I've worked with multiple firms across the investment landscape on both the buy and sell side. While a sophomore at BYU, I successfully recruited into investment banking which translated into a full-time offer. After a year in banking, I once again found recruiting success when I landed a lateral offer from Evercore. Currently, I work in private equity and will matriculate at Wharton in 2024 to pursue an MBA. My personal experiences and mentorship work have taught me precisely what are the attributes, skills, and intangibles investment banks are looking for and, more importantly, how to cultivate those in a candidate.
