As an undergrad about to begin the investment banking and private equity recruiting cycles, Mattia has been an invaluable resource and has made me so much more confident in my preparation and ability to tackle technical questions. When I began with Mattia, I had very limited exposure to technicals and finance interview questions, but after a few sessions, I feel like I've made great progress and am in a much better position than I expected to be given our short time working together. I reached out to Asha to ask for urgent help on DCF & LBO. Initially I was a bit afraid as I have no practical knowledge/experience in this area, but Asha was kind, patient, and not judgmental. Asha created an environment where I felt safe asking all sorts of (dumb) questions. She was cheering me on and really believed in me, more than I believed in myself.
