About Lucas

I am passionate about consulting, investing, and teaching, and currently am an investor at Peterson Partners. Previously, I worked at a boutique consulting firm, where I built a strong foundation in strategy and problem-solving. Having earned offers from both BCG (internship) and Bain (full-time), I know firsthand the dedication and skill required to succeed in top consulting recruiting—and I enjoy sharing that knowledge to help others achieve the same.

Why do I coach?

I coach because it’s deeply fulfilling—I find real purpose in helping others achieve their goals. It’s also something I know I’m especially good at, and I love being able to share that strength in a way that makes a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
