I had the pleasure of knowing in working with Samar as here mentee then later has her colleague. She is amazing at what she does. She consistently showed up for me and other students with a bright attitude and splendid demeanor. She have support when needed and always made in effort to meet us where we were. The summer I spent in her program literally transformed my life and I wouldn’t be where I am today without it. She instilled confidence in me to keep pushing well beyond what I thought I was capable of. She truly is a one of a kind coach! Her influence pushed me to pursue my PhD at Stanford School of Medicine , Postdoc a very prestigious and well known Pharmaceutical company and now I am working a very dynamic and exciting biotech company.

I had the unique opportunity to create a role from scratch with Melinda throughout my college career. Working with her weekly consistently pushed me to learn and be comfortable asking questions. If it was not for my experience with Melinda professionally, I would not be where I am today. She gave me the opportunity to develop professionally while being my mentor academically. I’ve always felt supported and known that if I need someone to guide me towards my next steps, Melinda will be that person. Even after graduating, Melinda has helped me craft my path to next steps. I could not recommend her with higher regard! She is kind, understanding, and constantly pushing those she mentors to grow.

Even when she’s not explicitly giving advice, Cathryn radiates motivation. I’ve always felt she had a natural ability to see my potential and reflect it back to me - almost like holding up a mirror and showing me what I’m capable of. Guidance she’s given me have helped me a) overcome a fear or public speaking - being on a stage is something I used to dread nut now look forward to; and b) hold the power of my individuality with pride. I would recommend Cathryn as a personal and professional consultant in half a heartbeat.

Raj single-handedly guided me from an application that did not feel like my best foot forward to one that really felt like it told my story. I worked with him over a month when I procrastinated on applying to 2 M7 schools (Kellogg, Booth) and had some ideas about what I thought the committee wanted to hear. He pushed me to retell my stories from scratch and helped revamp my essays into ones that I was proud of. He also coached me when I got my interview invites and I felt very prepared for them. I've worked closely with Cam for over a year, and I can say with confidence that he is one of the most knowledgeable and inspiring people I've had the pleasure of working with. He leads with empathy and patience, always taking the time to bring people along with him rather than ahead of them. What stands out most is how genuinely invested he is in the growth of those around him, he has a rare ability to educate and uplift without ever making it feel like a lesson.
