About Cam
From the mogul slopes of the North American tour to the fast-moving world of tech, my path has been anything but conventional. I spent four years competing as a semi-pro mogul skier, where I learned firsthand what high performance really means: the discipline, the coaching, the ability to stay sharp under pressure and keep pushing when it counts. That mindset followed me into tech, where I now lead Business Development for Vercel's Global Startups team, one of the most exciting platforms in the industry. In this role, I focus on building and developing GTM talent, helping people level up the same way I once had to on the mountain: through intentional coaching, high standards, and a relentless drive to improve.
Why do I coach?
I coach because there is nothing more rewarding than watching someone discover what they are truly capable of. As a former professional athlete, I know firsthand how transformative the right coach can be: someone who pushes you past your own limits and sees potential in you before you see it in yourself. That experience never left me. I spent years as an account executive, and while I genuinely loved selling, I kept finding that what energized me most was the moments spent helping colleagues, sharing what I knew, and watching others grow. That realization led me to where I am today. Coaching is not just something I do, it is who I am, and every time someone I work with levels up, it reinforces exactly why I do this.
