About Justin

I'm a first-generation college graduate from a non-target school who built a career in management consulting and enterprise tech strategy without an MBA. I've worked at Deloitte, Kearney, Beamery (an AI startup), and now lead global customer strategy at Workday. Every role I've landed came through a connection, not a job board and not through on-campus recruiting. I didn't have built-in networks from elite schools or family connections, so I learned how to build them from scratch. That ended up being the most valuable skill I've developed in my career, and it's what I bring to every coaching engagement.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I know what it's like to break into competitive career paths when you're building from scratch. I know how overwhelming it can feel when everyone around you seems to already know someone — and you're figuring out how to get started. What I learned along the way is that intentionally building your network makes all the difference, and it's a skill anyone can develop. With AI reshaping how companies hire and operate, having a strong network before you need one matters more than ever. I want to help people build that skill faster than I did, so they always have someone to call.
