good overview on fundamentals of job search targeting

Lee provided a clear spreadsheet and good guidance on how to position yourself with prospective job roles that can vary within one field or industry. A few chat comments were hoping for more agents and advanced workflows but I think his workshop was a solid foundation on how to use very simplistic prompts to build one, or several profiles for your job searches, before customizing it further for your own needs.

Unreadable Screen

Unreadable Screen Follow-up: I tried to send this in the chat session, but you closed it down before I was able to complete it (with the image attached). The first image I sent you during your presentation (taken from a 27" computer monitor) shows your computer screen on top of a larger green screen. Rather than fully consuming the size of the green screen, it consumes only a small portion of the screen available. By not taking full advantage of the full screen that's available, it reduces the readability of the screen that you're trying to present to your audience. And keep in mind that this is AFTER I selected to maximize the left-hand side of the screen that displays your computer screen - your video image consumes the right-side of the screen. You might consider reducing your video image to just a small window on the lower-right of the screen (see unreadable5.png) and having your computer screen consume 100% of the broadcasted screen. I hope you find this to be constructive criticism and something that can make your presentations more effective and engaging. Thank you to for doing these sessions - your efforts are appreciated.

She seems to know her stuff, but I felt duped

Our session went well, but I thought it was odd she wanted to spend time on discussing the current job market (after I'd already given my background and demonstrated awareness of the same). She basically repeated what I'd mentioned and it ate up more than necessary amount of time on our 30 min call. Of course we didn't get to dive into the actual purposes of the call and I later realized it may be because this was a free call (included in the bootcamp). Overall, my impression is that it was a strategic call meant to entice clients to purchase more time. I'm not a fan of these kinds of tactics, especially as a jobseeker thinking I'm signing up for genuine assistance. This seemingly intentional delay was disappointing enough to not recommend Amanda, despite how knowledgable she seemed and how easy our conversation was.
