Kellogg MBA Grad (Class of 2024), Personalized Coaching

Hello! I'm Sathvika, a recent graduate of Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management (Class of 2024) - and it was the time of my life. From serving as Kellogg's Women's Business Association Co-President and performing in our annual business school musical to traveling the world with my classmates and partnering with Kellogg Admissions, I'm SO passionate about the unparalleled opportunities for professional and personal growth that business school has to offer. About me: I grew up in Houston, Texas and attended Boston University for my undergraduate studies in International Relations and Psychology. I then joined the corporate world where I started at Dow Chemical, working on post-merger integration projects. I then transitioned to digital transformation consulting at Accenture. Since undergrad, I knew I wanted the full-time top-tier MBA experience - so I began my application journey. The application process was intense – from GRE prep to crafting essays and securing great recommendations – all while balancing a demanding career. My efforts paid off with acceptances to all five schools I applied to. I ultimately chose Kellogg for its exceptional program and the alignment I felt to Kellogg’s culture and values.
Now, as I embark on a new role in strategic partnerships and business development at an AI company in the Bay Area, I'm passionate about helping others achieve their MBA goals. It was incredibly transformative for me, so I'm excited to help you succeed. As your admissions coach, I offer: 1. Recent, relevant experience with the current admissions landscape 2. Insights from my successful application strategy 3. A comprehensive approach covering all aspects of the application process 4. A supportive yet direct coaching style to bring out your best 5. Insider knowledge from my work with Admissions
I'm here to help YOU. Balancing application preparation with professional responsibilities can be daunting. My commitment is to guide you through this process efficiently and effectively, helping you present your unique strengths and experiences in a way that makes you stand out. I’ll never forget the emotions of receiving my first acceptance call. That's the moment I want to help you achieve. Expert MBA Career Coach: Perfect for those with defined career goals

As a graduate of the Full-Time MBA program at the Johnson School at Cornell combined with 5+ years of experience coaching full-time MBA students on career goals and the recruiting processes, my approach to MBA admissions is a little different. Many enter with the goal "I want to get into school X." I prefer to zoom out and ask two simple questions: - What are your short-term MBA career goals? - What type of experience do you want for the duration of the two-year program? Answering these questions honestly will help you better develop a target school list and be able to better articulate in your essays and in the admissions interview why an MBA makes sense for you, ,why that school is the best fit, and what your short and long term career goals are post MBA. There's a lot more to getting a Full-Time MBA than going to the highest ranked school you can get into, because those rankings don't take into account your personal goals and preferences.

Helping you tell your MBA Admissions story authentically

I was accepted and matriculated to Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business after 2 years of management consulting and 4 years working at Starbucks Coffee Company in Corporate Strategy and R&D and Innovation. I went to business school to explore startups and a role in the technology industry. I am now a Senior Product Manager at Intuit. I have advised 10+ individuals on school selection, application, and career strategy. There is lots of noise on the MBA application process and lots of a bad advice. What matters most (besides meeting or coming close to basic GPA, GMAT, and experience requirements) is that you tell your story in an authentic way and help admissions officers understand why you will help them I have been a career switcher and deeply enjoy helping others navigate MBA Programs and career path formation. I will work with you until your application is great, not good, great.

HBS grad with a holistic approach to crafting your MBA story

As a Harvard Business School MBA graduate, I know how transformational an MBA program can be for one's career. I also know how incredibly stressful and daunting the application process can be! Getting into a premier MBA program is not just about getting good scores and rec letters. In today's competitive environment, it means crafting a compelling story to stand out among a very crowded and competitive field. The key question is not why you need the MBA program, but why does the MBA program need YOU? I have worked with dozens of individuals to help build their stories and answer that very question. From brainstorming the overall "hook" of the application to writing detailed recommendation letters, I have a very hands-on approach that includes multiple rounds of review, design, and iteration to build a competitive application that gives you the best chance at the MBA program of your dreams. Past success stories including admissions to HBS, Wharton, MIT, and Kellogg. Whether it be coming from a non-traditional career background or just sharpening your application story, I look forward to helping you achieve your MBA goals!
