MIT. INSEAD. Columbia. LBS. I'll be honest, a few years ago, I wasn't sure I had a shot at any of them. Not a banker. Not a consultant. I started out with internships in marketing, sales, and product during undergrad, then made a pivot into finance that most people told me wouldn't stick. I recently turned down a VC role to take a corporate finance position instead, because I'd rather make the unconventional call I believed in than take the one that looked better on paper. That patchwork: growing up in Lebanon, then studying/working in France, Singapore, the Middle East, and now Toronto isn't the background anyone would design on purpose. But it's the one I learned to own. And getting into 5+ programs taught me that a scattered story, told with intention, can be more compelling than a clean one told without it. I don't coach by handing you a formula. I work with you to figure out what's actually interesting about your path (even the parts that feel like liabilities) and build a strategy around that. As a triple admit to top MBA, JD, and Public Policy programs, I bring a wealth of experience surrounding joint degree program admissions including identifying best-fit programs for career growth, crafting a compelling narrative to fit your target institution, and ensuring GMAT and LSAT scores meet institutional requirements. Prior to graduate school, I spent 3 years at the Boston Consulting Group, and have supported multiple consultants in their application efforts to both MBA programs and JD programs. I also have a diverse set of experiences in the non-profit and advocacy space, with experience supporting 'non-traditional' candidate applications. I grew up in Russia and I had the privilege of studying at the Higher School of Economics, where I graduated with honors. My career began at EY - Transaction Advisory Services in Moscow, where I juggled a demanding full-time job with a full-time master’s program. In 2017, my work paid off with an international transfer to EY Boston. By 2022, I had realized a dream by joining the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Beyond my professional life, I’ve spent the last 15 years mentoring students in Moscow and Boston through UStrive, and engaging in social consulting projects with non-profits in Boston.
