My background includes a role as a Summer Consultant at Boston Consulting Group and extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding as a People Manager at Anheuser-Busch. I served on the admissions committee at Princeton, giving me unique insights into the application process. Graduated from Kellogg School of Management's Full-time MBA program in 2018 - Accepted to 3 Top Tier MBA schools, received significant scholarships to all schools ($250k in total) and achieved 750 GMAT score. I have personal experience advising co-workers and peers on applications, including resume review, essays, and interviews. Post-Kellogg, I served as an Alumni interviewer and have a unique perspective into what it takes to stand out and how to best prepare.

Having been through the deferred MBA application myself and helping others across multiple application periods, I've come to develop a keen sense as to how to best represent STEM focused undergrads who want to pursue a potential MBA from a T7 school. Additionally, having personal relationships with both HBS and MIT Sloan, I've been able to better understand from the lens of the AO team, how to best maximize ones chances.

I am a Senior Product Manager at Amazon with 15+ years of experience across Amazon, Rakuten, and FedEx, and a master's degree from Nanyang Technological University. I bring a product manager's lens to MBA applications: clear positioning, sharp prioritization, customer/audience empathy, and a strong story arc. I help MBA applicants translate complex international, technical, product, and operations backgrounds into admissions-ready narratives. My coaching focuses on school fit, career goals, resumes, essays, recommendations, interview prep, and final application review. I am especially useful for candidates who need to connect career experience across countries, companies, or functions into one coherent leadership story. I coach in English, Japanese, and Chinese, and I work well with applicants targeting MBA programs in the US, UK, and Asia.

My career has taken me through both sides of the MBA world. I spent two years as an Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business, a top-10 program, reviewing thousands of applications. I know how admissions decisions get made. I have also been at Uber for nearly 5 years, starting in recruitment and talent acquisition before moving into Chief of Staff, and Strategy & Planning (program management) roles. I’ve been recognized with multiple awards at Uber during my tenure and was a featured Speaker at the Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) in Chicago in 2025. I understand the careers that MBA applicants are working toward because I’ve built one myself - and I can't wait to help you gain success in your career journey!

I served on Columbia Business School’s admission committee, where I reviewed countless applications, interviewed candidates, managed the world-wide interview program, served as a waitlist manager, and managed the dual degree programs for the Law, Medical, and Journalism schools. Thereafter, I transitioned into finance, with stints at a hedge fund, a large bank, and in venture capital. Yet, even as I built my career, I missed the part I loved most - helping candidates craft their stories. I returned to the admissions world as a coach. On the other side of the admissions journey, I saw critical gaps in the application process: limited guidance around testing, the challenge of telling narratives within the confines of a few essays and a resume is challenging, and how admissions committees can seem like a black box. I’m a Chicago Booth MBA and current consultant at BCG in Houston, where I work across Climate & Sustainability, Private Equity, and Operations. At Booth, I served as a Career Adviser and Admissions Ambassador, mentoring applicants and students on essays, interviews, and consulting recruiting.
