With years of experience as the Assistant Director of the PhD Program at Harvard Business School, I advised and supported more than 130 students annually while also leading admissions committees for doctoral programs in addition to MBA programs. This work gave me direct, insider perspective on how the world’s most competitive business schools evaluate candidates and make decisions. Drawing on this expertise, I now coach prospective MBA students through every stage of the application journey — from crafting compelling personal narratives and refining essays, to interview preparation and strategic school selection. Hi! I'm a recent graduate of Columbia Business School with 10+ years experience in mentoring students. Pursuing an MBA had always been a dream of mine, and during my own application process, I leaned on my network of mentors and coaches for valuable guidance. Having realized my dream of attending business school at Columbia, I'm now excited and well-prepared to pay it forward by sharing the knowledge and personal experiences I've gained to assist others on their own MBA journeys. I bring a unique perspective to college and MBA admissions coaching because I’ve experienced the process from both sides, as an advisor and as an applicant. After graduating from undergrad, I worked at the business school at UCLA in student affairs, where I collaborated closely with admissions and supported prospective students through their journey.
