I was admitted based on my track record over the years of helping clients obtain admissions to Harvard, Stanford, MIT, UPenn, Duke, Columbia, among other elite schools.

Hello and welcome to my profile! I'm Tanushka, an incoming MBA student at The Wharton School, with a strong background in consulting at Bain & Company. I've had the privilege of guiding aspiring MBA candidates through their application journeys, leveraging my firsthand experience in the consulting industry and my academic excellence in Economics. My approach is tailored to each client's unique strengths, focusing on application strategy, essay crafting, and interview preparation. I was a non-traditional applicant for business school. I was not strong quantitatively, and came from technology sales. I did not have a network of people who had MBAs, and felt like I was drowning. If you are in a similar place, I might be the right coach for you! I will first help you evaluate if an MBA is the best move for you. We can work through each of the reasons people typically get MBAs. I am happy to share my experience as well. If an MBA is your decided next step, I will help you craft a narrative that showcases your true self to the admissions committee. I was admitted into HBS in Round 1 and waitlisted at Stanford GSB. I will of course work with you on waitlist strategy to secure your admission.

Harvard Business School and Stanford GSB admit with a non-traditional applicant story (was coming from established career in academic medicine at age 32; also a queer mom with no typical "business" experience). I welcome clients of all stripes but am especially passionate about and uniquely qualified to serve applicants who non-traditional or who are applying to MD/MBA programs.

After graduating from Harvard College with a degree in Neuroscience, I began my career in life sciences consulting. Currently, I am an MD/MBA candidate at Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan Medical School. I am also deeply involved in health tech entrepreneurship and investing. As such, I bring a unique blend of business and scientific acumen to my coaching. I started my coaching career after graduating from Harvard College and have since helped over 20 students gain admission into every Ivy League School and top BS/MD programs. Building on this success, I have since begun coaching students for their graduate school applications. As a first year student at HBS, I bring unique and up-to-date insight to help you craft the most strategic application possible! With years of experience as the Assistant Director of the PhD Program at Harvard Business School, I advised and supported more than 130 students annually while also leading admissions committees for doctoral programs in addition to MBA programs. This work gave me direct, insider perspective on how the world’s most competitive business schools evaluate candidates and make decisions.
