About Nihar
Hi! I’m Nihar — an incoming Wharton MBA, former McKinsey consultant, and current Sr. Director of Strategy & Transformation at a private equity-backed portfolio company. I spent 3.5 years at McKinsey, where I was promoted early and led cross-functional workstreams across industries. I now oversee enterprise value creation, M&A, and growth strategy at Propelis. Along the way, I’ve mentored dozens of peers through career transitions and MBA admissions. Most recently, I was admitted to multiple M7 MBA programs, including Harvard Business School and Wharton (which I will attend), and earned interviews at nearly every top program, including Stanford GSB.
