I grew up in Russia and I had the privilege of studying at the Higher School of Economics, where I graduated with honors. My career began at EY - Transaction Advisory Services in Moscow, where I juggled a demanding full-time job with a full-time master’s program. In 2017, my work paid off with an international transfer to EY Boston. By 2022, I had realized a dream by joining the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Beyond my professional life, I’ve spent the last 15 years mentoring students in Moscow and Boston through UStrive, and engaging in social consulting projects with non-profits in Boston.

With ~5 years experience in consulting at Bain & Co and Deloitte, I have helped 10+ students crack consulting case interviews with confidence. Now, having just started my MBA at Columbia in New York, I am helping applicants navigate the intense business school admissions process and stand out at every stage - leveraging my successful essays and recommendation letters as inspiration! I have spent nearly a decade working in MBA admissions, first as a member of the admissions committee at Emory University's Goizueta Business School and subsequently as an independent admissions coach. My AdCom experience gave me direct insight into how applications are evaluated, what makes a candidate compelling, and what causes even strong applicants to be passed over. That perspective informs every aspect of my coaching. As a Graduate Admissions Coach, I have worked with clients from the U.S. and abroad, guiding them through every stage of the MBA application process. Stanford MBA / Stanford + Harvard JD admitee. I got into these programs after years of GMAT/LSAT study and concerted research on every element of the application process. I was asked to interview for Stanford MBA on day 1 and I was interviewed by Mary Barra (CEO of General Motors), so I have intimidating interview prep experience. I was accepted without being waitlisted. Looking back, I had an abysmal starting point, with a very naive concept of what a sterling essay or LoR might look like. But I meticulously sought out how to craft each element masterfully. I also developed a study plan that got me to a 770 GMAT (51 on math after a middling score) and helped me ace the logic and nearly ace the logical reasoning sections of the LSAT. I had spent over a year studying for the GMAT only to have a middle-of-the-road math score. Then I diligently pieced together a plan by studying those who aced the math portion and bumped my score to 51 (effectively the max) on the GMAT math. I did something similar for the LSAT logic sections (3/4 of the test). My pitch: I will concisely help you get from mediocre to maximum on every element of your application and test-taking process for MBA and JD programs. I have helped multiple people, with a relatively small amount of time and tight timeframe, get into Yale's JD program and interview for Stanford's MBA program with guidance it took me years to distill. I'll do the same for you. Once at Stanford, I led an initiative among 100+ incoming Stanford GSB students to collaboratively prepare for advanced-level coursework, resulting in the highest number of students in advanced courses in the school's history. Multiple classmates went on to pursue highly technical careers in part because of it. I'll help you strategize for this too!
