With years of experience as the Assistant Director of the PhD Program at Harvard Business School, I advised and supported more than 130 students annually while also leading admissions committees for doctoral programs in addition to MBA programs. This work gave me direct, insider perspective on how the world’s most competitive business schools evaluate candidates and make decisions. Drawing on this expertise, I now coach prospective MBA students through every stage of the application journey — from crafting compelling personal narratives and refining essays, to interview preparation and strategic school selection. My approach emphasizes authenticity, clarity, and proven admissions insight, helping every client present their strongest and most competitive application.

About Aric
I’m a former Assistant Director at Harvard Business School, where I had the privilege of advising and coaching hundreds of students through academic programs at HBS. Having led admissions committees for several Harvard Business School programs, I know firsthand what top schools are looking for—and how to help applicants present their strongest, most authentic story. I take a personalized approach to coaching, guiding clients step by step through the school selection process, test planning, essay writing, recommendations, and interviews. My goal is to empower you to apply with confidence and unlock opportunities at the world’s most competitive MBA programs.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how life-changing the right graduate program can be. During my time at Harvard, I saw so many talented candidates struggle to express their stories fully, and I realized how much of a difference the right guidance can make. Helping people find their voice, build confidence, and open doors to opportunities they’ve worked so hard for is what drives me every day.
