Welcome to my profile! As a UC Berkeley graduate with a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, I bring a unique analytical perspective to MBA admissions coaching. My experience as a Strategy Analyst at Liberty Mutual and Ford Motor Company, combined with my leadership role as President of the UC Berkeley Interfraternity Council, has equipped me with the skills to guide clients through the complexities of the MBA application process. I have successfully coached 5 individuals, helping them craft compelling applications that highlight their strengths and unique stories. I currently work within the Quantitative Finance space, and have been accepted to Harvard Business School in the deferred MBA program. I have worked closely with peers on essays, resumes, and interviews, helping them surface what is genuinely distinctive and align it across every touchpoint. I got into both Stanford GSB and Harvard Business School with a profile that didn't fit the standard mold: an international upbringing, a non-linear career, and no obvious "hook" on paper. What got me in was learning how to tell a coherent, honest story about who I am and where I'm going. That process, figuring out how to position yourself authentically, is exactly what I help clients work through. Since business school, I've informally coached multiple candidates through the MBA application process, several of whom have been admitted to top programs. I focus on the things that actually move the needle: sharpening your "why MBA, why now" narrative, making your essays specific enough to be memorable, and helping you figure out what's genuinely distinctive about your path (even if it doesn't feel that way to you yet). I worked in Emory University's Admission Office for four years, where I recruited and read applications from students across the country. There, I gained valuable insight into the admission and merit scholarship selection process. In particular, I developed a keen ability to support ideating, drafting, and editing personal statements and supplemental essays. I also earned my M.Ed. degree from Harvard's Graduate School of Education, and in the past two cycles, I have coached undergrad and MBA applicants 1:1 with successful outcomes across the board. After ~3 years at Bain & Company, I was accepted into the Kellogg School of Management as a sponsored consultant. I have experience navigating the resume, letters of recommendation, application (including essays), and interview tips that will give you the best chance at landing your spot at a top MBA program.

I was a non-traditional applicant for business school. I was not strong quantitatively, and came from technology sales. I did not have a network of people who had MBAs, and felt like I was drowning. My professional background includes business development and tech sales at a leading digital marketing SaaS company and operations management at a fashion-tech startup. Most recently, I serves as a Strategy & Operations MBA Intern at Google, working within the Google Ads division. At Sloan, I hold leadership positions as President of the Retail & Consumer Goods Club and SVP of Admissions for Sloan Women in Management (SWIM), where I work directly with the Admissions Office to recruit and assist candidates. With my Economics & German degree from Middlebury College and multicultural background from the Philippines & Switzerland, I offer a unique perspective on crafting compelling applications. I grew up across five U.S. cities and spent years living on four continents, so “Where are you from?” rarely has a tidy answer. But why I move is simple: to help people become the best version of themselves. For me, that impact starts with food. My personal mission is to make healthy meals exciting, accessible, and affordable. That mission led me to build a hydroponic farm in my apartment, donate 20K lbs of food to furloughed service workers during COVID, and start a kombucha company in China. That clarity of vision led me to become the first person ever admitted to Stanford GSB and the Schwarzman Scholars program in the same application cycle.
