After graduating from Ohio State University, I started my career at EY-Parthenon, first in Sydney, Australia, and then in New York full-time. During my time at EY-Parthenon, At Parthenon I specialized in the consumer products and retail sectors, and served on the firm's Americas strategy committee. As a candidate, I went from re-applicant to acceptances at Stanford GSB, HBS, Wharton, Columbia, and Darden (with a full cost of attendance Jefferson Fellowship). As a coach, I'm great for prospective applicants to the GSB and/or HBS. Hi there! Welcome to my profile and congratulations on embarking on your MBA journey! I was in your shoes not too long ago and was interviewed/accepted at all 6 of the schools I applied to (Stanford GSB, Harvard Business School, UPenn Wharton, Northwestern Kellogg, Yale SOM, and UVA Darden) with several substantial & full-tuition scholarships. When I started this process, I was extremely nervous as I felt like a very overrepresented applicant (Indian male engineer applying out of consulting). Since then, I have found a passion for helping others craft a unique and compelling story to help them get into the school of their dreams. I have a wealth of experience in the graduate management education sector and a global industry network. I have worked in higher education for almost 10 years. Most recently I was Director of Admissions at Imperial College Business School, and prior to that I was Head of MBA Recruitment and Admissions at Cambridge Judge Business School. I’ve read countless applications, interviewed hundreds of candidates and chaired many Admissions Committee meetings. I grew up in Russia and I had the privilege of studying at the Higher School of Economics, where I graduated with honors. My career began at EY - Transaction Advisory Services in Moscow, where I juggled a demanding full-time job with a full-time master’s program. In 2017, my work paid off with an international transfer to EY Boston. By 2022, I had realized a dream by joining the MBA program at Harvard Business School. Beyond my professional life, I’ve spent the last 15 years mentoring students in Moscow and Boston through UStrive, and engaging in social consulting projects with non-profits in Boston.
