Breanne’s MBA Qualifications

As a Wharton MBA graduate who came from a non-traditional background and a non-target undergraduate school, I know what it takes to break into top MBA programs without the typical resume. I didn’t have a brand-name employer or Ivy League degree—and I still earned a spot at one of the world’s most competitive business schools. That journey taught me how to craft a powerful narrative, highlight unconventional strengths, and position unique experiences as assets. I’ve also coached dozens of high school students through college essays, helping them tell authentic, compelling stories that get results. I bring that same insight, structure, and empathy to MBA applicants—especially those who don’t fit the traditional mold but have so much to offer.

About Breanne

I'm an AI coach who helps professionals integrate AI into their daily work to save hours each week, produce better results, and accelerate their careers. I specialize in teaching people how to use AI strategically—not just the tools, but how to think differently about their work. My clients learn to automate repetitive tasks, elevate their communication and reporting, build smarter workflows, and showcase AI-driven impact in resumes, performance reviews, and promotion conversations. The focus is always practical: you leave our sessions with systems you can implement immediately. My approach comes from more than a decade in consulting, government, and international development, plus an MBA from Wharton. I've spent years building complex partnerships and solving operational challenges, and now I teach professionals how to use AI to do the same work faster and better. I make AI accessible, actionable, and directly tied to career growth. I work best with people who are ready to move from AI-curious to AI-confident. My coaching is hands-on, conversational, and results-focused. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me rock climbing, mountain biking, or planning my next weekend in the mountains.

Why do I coach?

I coach because I believe everyone should have access to tools that make work easier—and right now, AI is the biggest opportunity most people are missing. I didn't come from a technical background. I learned AI by experimenting, failing, and figuring out what actually works in real jobs with real constraints. That's exactly how I teach: practical, hands-on, and focused on results you can see immediately. I've always loved helping people unlock something they didn't know they were capable of. Whether it was coaching students through college essays or mentoring colleagues through career pivots, the best moments are when someone realizes they’re more capable than they thought. Now I get to do that with AI—showing people they don’t need to be experts to work smarter, communicate better, and stand out. If AI feels intimidating but you know it’s time to get started, I’m here to help you turn that overwhelm into confidence.
