As an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School, I bring a wealth of experience from the retail industry, including leadership positions at Walmart eCommerce and Boll & Branch. Hello! I'm Archit. I graduated from Chicago Booth in 2024, where I was actively involved as a LEAD Facilitator (orientation leaders introducing new 1Ys to Booth) and head of Follies, our resident comedy group, putting on a comedy, satire, and performing arts show for hundreds of Boothies (and yes, some poor Kellogg students who showed up and were thoroughly roasted). I love to write. And what I'm here to do is turn your individual stories - your past, your present, and your future - into powerful narratives that wow MBA Admin committees. But we're going to do it by being honest and true, and that'll create something beautiful. In addition to the above experience, I have my own Substack and I received an offer from a major business newspaper to write for them. That being said, I'm currently in SoCal building my own business, and I'm looking to help aspiring MBA students as best as I can. Let's work together!

I read MBA applications for the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley; I sat on the UT Austin MBA Student Admissions Committee when I was earning my MBA; and I've been a recruiter for top tech companies in the SF Bay Area. I received a full Consortium fellowship to complete my MBA and was also named a Forte Fellow. This coupled with my over 10 years in college admissions make me uniquely qualified to offer a diverse and informed perspective on putting together a strong application.

From Wall Street to the gourmet chocolate world, from New York to Brussels (and many awesome places in between), the INSEAD MBA was pivotal to my triple-point change of function, industry & geography. As an incoming MBA candidate at the Kellogg School of Management and a Private Equity Associate at Madison Dearborn Partners, I bring a wealth of experience in finance and investment banking to my coaching. I attended the undergraduate business school at Carnegie Mellon, where I led recruiting and career focused finance organizations. I have a strong track record of helping students and professionals with their career and academic goals. I am especially passionate about helping aspiring MBA candidates navigate the competitive admissions process, which is getting tougher every year for traditional candidates.

A couple years into my time at BCG, I was staring at a blank essay, wondering how to fit my whole story into 500 words. I wrote the “safe version” because that’s what everyone at BCG was doing, and it got me into Wharton and Booth, both with scholarships. But then I decided business school didn't make sense for me at that time, because my answer to Stanford GSB's "What Matters Most" essay read like what I thought the school wanted to hear. I didn't actually know what mattered most to me. A couple years later, with far more clarity, I reapplied to the GSB and answered that essay prompt honestly. What emerged wasn’t designed to impress anyone, but an honest attempt to capture who I am. Many well-meaning readers, including some coaches, told me it needed to be sanitized, edited, rewritten. I trusted my gut, trusted my story, and applied anyway. This past June, I wrapped up my unforgettable journey at Stanford. I coach the way I wish I’d been coached: fewer templates, more truth. I've helped several coachees since share their authentic AND impressive stories, because the two aren't mutually exclusive; I'd argue they're deeply related. If you work with me, my goal is to help you find that version of your story: the one that feels most like you, and helps the reader understand who you are and why you’ll matter.
