I am a Harvard Business School Class of 2025 graduate, and I’m excited to help others navigate this journey. My own path to business school was anything but traditional: I moved to the U.S. from Turkey to attend the University of Chicago. Unlike most business school applicants, I left consulting within a year and joined a small startup that later went public. I was fortunate to be admitted to both MIT Sloan with a scholarship and HBS, and can confidently say I know how to package a unique background into a compelling application. I’m especially passionate about helping nontraditional and international candidates stand out. I speak Turkish and love supporting Turkish applicants in particular. As a unicorn, dual MBA admit (accepted into HBS and GSB), I have a unique ability to transcend each applicants unique story into a highly compelling application. I am particularly familiar with the ins and outs of application dynamics at HBS, GSB, Booth, Penn, Wharton, Kellogg, MIT, Columbia, and Haas. I prefer working with a small quantity of seasonal applicants (as opposed to as many as possible) and ensuring that I can give 110% to each client. Welcome to my profile! I recently graduated with my MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. During my time in grad school, I was a member of the admissions committee; between this experience and the experience of applying to schools myself, I have quite a few insights into the MBA admissions process. I've successfully coached a few clients thus far, helping them craft compelling applications that highlight their unique strengths and experiences which help them stand out amongst applicants. Admitted to a U.S. top-10 MBA program with a full-tuition scholarship and stipend. 740 GMAT score. Have consulted with over five potential MBA candidates, providing advice and direction on how to position oneself for success in the application process.

I got into Stanford GSB's deferred MBA program and have helped hundreds of college students navigate similar paths through founding HeadStart Fellowship. Over the past few years, I've coached students who've landed deferred admits at top programs, including another Stanford GSB acceptance. My approach is straightforward: I know what works because I just went through it. I understand the entire process from GMAT prep and essay strategy to school selection and career positioning. Having worked in private equity and now building my own company, I get both the traditional finance path and the entrepreneurship route that many deferred programs value. What makes my coaching different is that I'm not decades removed from the college experience. I graduated from UT Austin last year, so I understand the real challenges students face today. Through HeadStart Fellowship, I've seen what separates students who get into top programs from those who don't. It's not about having perfect stats or the "right" background. It's about telling a story only you can tell and positioning yourself authentically. I focus on helping students discover and articulate their unique value proposition, then build applications that showcase genuine impact and clear future vision. I am not an admissions expert! I am simply someone who has experienced the MBA process firsthand and with excellent coaches (shout out to my MLT MBAP coach Natasha!). I applied to 5 programs and secured MBA offers from 4: Stanford GSB, Wharton, MIT, and Tuck ($140k fellowship). The process was long, arduous, and at times emotionally taxing, but one of the most reflective periods of my life. Welcome to my profile! I bring deep experience in MBA admissions, having previously served as the Assistant Director of Admissions at the Kellogg School of Management, where I helped shape recruitment strategies that elevated the quality and diversity of incoming classes. I currently continue to support Kellogg as an application evaluator, reviewing materials and interviewing candidates for both the Evening & Weekend and Full-Time MBA programs. In addition to my admissions background, I work in executive recruitment at Hunt Club. This dual perspective allows me to understand the full arc of the MBA journey—from what top programs seek in applicants to how graduates ultimately position themselves for high-impact leadership roles. Drawing on this combined expertise, I’ve coached more than 100 applicants on how to present the strongest possible version of their story. I specialize in essay development, overall application strategy, résumé refinement, and guidance on how to position yourself effectively—along with key do’s and don’ts that can make or break an application. Coaching others for their development is what I do best and the thread that runs throughout my entire career. As an educator, I coached students in developing & sharing their stories and supporting them in their personal growth, including coaching two high school clients to admission at the University of Pennsylvania and Georgia Tech, both clients' first choice schools. At the Stanford GSB, I spend most of my extracurricular time coaching others in personal narrative development as a TALK Coach, where I coach dozens of classmates on preparing and sharing their stories with the rest of their classmates. I coach for those who are in education & social impact and are considering pursuing an MBA to expand their impact or pivot.
