Former Meta Product Leader Helping PMs Navigate Ambiguity and Advance
I’m a senior Product Leader with ~20 years of experience building and leading products at scale—from early consumer platforms to complex, ambiguous, multi-surface systems. Most recently, I was a Senior Product Manager at Meta, where I worked across Mixed Reality, Spatial Systems, and ecosystem-level products that required tight alignment across engineering, design, research, and leadership.
What I’m best at, and what I coach PMs on, is clarity under ambiguity. I help PMs sharpen their product thinking, decision-making, and narrative so they can operate confidently in high-stakes environments: interviews, promotions, resets after burnout, or stepping into more senior scope.
I’ve interviewed and evaluated 200+ PM candidates, partnered closely with hiring managers and directors, and have seen first-hand what differentiates “good” PMs from those who consistently advance. I don’t coach from theory, I coach from real hiring signals, real performance expectations, and real tradeoffs.
My coaching style is direct, structured, and practical. Together we work on:
• Product sense and strategy (especially ambiguous or zero-to-one problems)
• Clear, compelling storytelling (Tell Me About Yourself, product narratives, leadership examples)
• Interview preparation grounded in how decisions are actually made
• Confidence, presence, and judgment at the senior and director level
• Re-anchoring PMs who feel stuck, burned out, or unsure of their next move
Clients often come to me when they’re already strong, but want to be crisper, calmer, and more intentional in how they show up. My goal isn’t just to help you “pass interviews,” but to help you become the kind of PM who can walk into any room, frame the problem cleanly, and earn trust.
If you’re looking for thoughtful, no-BS coaching grounded in real product leadership experience, I’d be happy to work with you.
