As a technical product manager turned CEO and co-founder, I built my career from engineer to PM and ultimately PM manager during seven years at Microsoft. There, I led the development of enterprise cloud and Windows solutions sold to Fortune 100 companies and served as the first PM lead on a product incubation now generating over $1B in annual revenue. That experience enabled me to drive product strategy and execution from zero to scale in my own startup, leading the creation of complex, enterprise-grade solutions adopted by Fortune 500 customers.

We all know Garmin for its smart watches and fitness tracking software. As an MBA intern, I moved from advisory of product development teams (my consulting career) to working directly on a technical product development team alongside engineers building, testing, and validating real outdoor sports products.
