๐งฐ I'm the founder & Head of Product of an AI, fintech, & hiring startup. ๐ Previously I was a Lead Product Manager at Deel, where I built, scaled, & led a core product with $150M+ in ARR and was a people/hiring manager. I have also worked at Amazon, SimpliSafe, Bessemer, and the US Congress. ใฝ๏ธ My clients have landed roles at Rippling, CoreWeave, LinkedIn, Chime, Capital One, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Nike, Zillow, Hulu, Tencent, Unity Games, Oracle, IBM, Dell, Tesla, and many seed - series B startups. ๐ฐ I got my MBA from Michigan Ross on a full scholarship with MLT, Consortium, Forte, and Toigo fellowships. โค๏ธ I'm a Latina, Texan, and the first in my family to graduate from college. Why do I coach?
In 2012 I became the first person in my family to graduate from college. Mentorship and coaching that I received during my MBA admissions process completely changed how I told my story, helping me get a full scholarship and pivot into the tech industry. I enjoy the challenge of pulling disparate experiences into a compelling story, strategically building applications, and preparing for interviews. Ultimately, education has been the great equalizer of opportunity in my life and that is why I coach.
