About Christina
π§° I'm the founder & Head of Product of an AI, fintech, & hiring startup. π Previously I was a Lead Product Manager at Deel, where I built, scaled, & led a core product with $150M+ in ARR and was a people/hiring manager. I have also worked at Amazon, SimpliSafe, Bessemer, and the US Congress. γ½οΈ My clients have landed roles at Rippling, CoreWeave, LinkedIn, Chime, Capital One, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Nike, Zillow, Hulu, Tencent, Unity Games, Oracle, IBM, Dell, Tesla, and many seed - series B startups. π° I got my MBA from Michigan Ross on a full scholarship with MLT, Consortium, Forte, and Toigo fellowships. β€οΈ I'm a Latina, Texan, and the first in my family to graduate from college.
Why do I coach?
In 2012 I became the first person in my family to graduate from college. Mentorship and coaching that I received during my MBA admissions process completely changed how I told my story, helping me get a full scholarship and pivot into the tech industry. I enjoy the challenge of pulling disparate experiences into a compelling story, strategically building applications, and preparing for interviews. Ultimately, education has been the great equalizer of opportunity in my life and that is why I coach.
