Experience level: Product Manager
10+ people coached for Product Management
I’m a senior Product Leader with ~20 years of experience building and leading products at scale—from early consumer platforms to complex, ambiguous, multi-surface systems. Most recently, I was a Senior Product Manager at Meta, where I worked across Mixed Reality, Spatial Systems, and ecosystem-level products that required tight alignment across engineering, design, research, and leadership. What I’m best at, and what I coach PMs on, is clarity under ambiguity. I help PMs sharpen their product thinking, decision-making, and narrative so they can operate confidently in high-stakes environments: interviews, promotions, resets after burnout, or stepping into more senior scope. I’ve interviewed and evaluated 200+ PM candidates, partnered closely with hiring managers and directors, and have seen first-hand what differentiates “good” PMs from those who consistently advance. I don’t coach from theory, I coach from real hiring signals, real performance expectations, and real tradeoffs. My coaching style is direct, structured, and practical. Together we work on: • Product sense and strategy (especially ambiguous or zero-to-one problems) • Clear, compelling storytelling (Tell Me About Yourself, product narratives, leadership examples) • Interview preparation grounded in how decisions are actually made • Confidence, presence, and judgment at the senior and director level • Re-anchoring PMs who feel stuck, burned out, or unsure of their next move Clients often come to me when they’re already strong, but want to be crisper, calmer, and more intentional in how they show up. My goal isn’t just to help you “pass interviews,” but to help you become the kind of PM who can walk into any room, frame the problem cleanly, and earn trust. If you’re looking for thoughtful, no-BS coaching grounded in real product leadership experience, I’d be happy to work with you.

About Audrey
I’ve spent over two decades at the forefront of tech, most recently at Meta where I led teams in Smart Glasses, Mixed Reality, and Spatial Systems. Over that time, I’ve conducted 200+ interviews and mentored dozens of PMs through the most rigorous performance cycles in the industry. +1 I’ve seen that the biggest hurdle for talented PMs isn't their technical ability, it’s the "internal noise" and the struggle to communicate value in high-pressure environments. I specialize in helping you quiet that noise, find your narrative power, and lead with the calm authority required at the Senior and Staff levels.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I want to demystify the "unwritten rules" of leadership that often keep brilliant people from reaching their full potential. During my 20 years in tech, I realized that high-stakes environments can be incredibly draining if you don't have a system for managing your own mindset and impact narrative. I love helping PMs shift from a state of "over-working" to a state of high-impact leading. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a mentee finally "click" into their confidence and get the recognition and the promotions they deserve.
