Experience level: Product Manager
10+ people coached for Product Management
I'm a Senior PM Manager with 20 years of experience building products at scale, most recently at Meta where I led work across Mixed Reality, Spatial Systems, and AI. My last role was on the Smart Glasses AI team, which means I know firsthand what AI PM work actually looks like inside one of the most demanding product environments in the world. Over my career at Meta I conducted more than 200 PM interviews, where my assessment directly determined whether someone got hired. I know what separates candidates who get the offer from candidates who get cut, and I know how to close that gap fast. I coach PMs who are serious about making a move into AI product roles at Big Tech or AI-native companies. My approach is direct and diagnostic. I will tell you exactly where you stand, what is actually in the way, and what to do about it.

About Audrey
I specialize in career transitions that require more than a resume update. That includes PMs moving into AI product roles, technical or platform PMs who want to shift into commercial or strategic work, and engineers and UX researchers who are ready to make the jump into product. The common thread is the same: you have more capability than your current title reflects, and you need a clear path to close that gap on someone else's timeline.
Why do I coach?
After 20 years in tech, I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant people with the right instincts and the wrong packaging. They understood the product deeply. They couldn't explain it to a VP. They had the experience to lead. They didn't know how to frame it for a hiring panel. Most coaching treats this as a confidence problem. I treat it as a skill problem, one that can be fixed with the right reps, direct feedback, and honest pressure-testing. I'm not here to be your cheerleader. I'm here to close the gap between where you are and where you're trying to go, as fast as possible.
