I was able to successfully navigate the rigorous onboarding process each firm had - including a challenging case study under a time limit. During my experience in private equity, I was given the opportunity to invest in both domestic and international companies (US, UK, Romania) and had an average deal size of $100M. I enjoy helping clients navigate the PE recruiting cycle and strengthen their investment approach, technical capabilities, and nail their PE interviews. After my time in private equity, I was fortunate to attend HBS and can help clients differentiate if they are coming from a traditional background.

I’m a former Private Equity Associate at Rockpoint, where I evaluated and executed investments across multifamily, industrial, office, and hospitality assets. My work focused on underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and investment committee materials, so I understand how investors think and what sets strong candidates apart. I’ve sat on both sides of the table: building deals and helping recruit from one of the most competitive talent pools in finance. Today, I coach candidates through every step of the PE recruiting process, from technicals and case studies to networking and story positioning. My style is direct, structured, and highly tactical. Before launching Zeus, I led growth and middle-market investing at a $5B family office, and held investment roles at LeapFrog Investments and the Africa Finance Corporation. I earned my MBA from Stanford GSB. I’ve coached candidates across every stage, from pre-MBA associates and undergrads targeting analyst programs to post-MBA professionals navigating VP-track interviews. I spent 3 years working at Sylva (PE fund buying training / L&D firms) as an Operating Partner. I ran their Chief of Staff and BizOps Network businesses, growing them 40% YoY. I reported directly to the CEO / Managing Partner. I was brought into Sylva by way of acquisition; my company Upslope was a training firm for Operations professionals. I started a search fund, diligenced 100+ companies, acquired one, and have grown it 30% YoY. I am in the process of acquiring another company to bolt-on.
