With an MBA from Stanford, I’ve built my career navigating the intersection of finance, strategy, and operational leadership—skills I now use to help clients break into and thrive in private equity. The Alpine and Shore Capital interviews are a unique “deep dive” experience, so please note that I am not the best fit for traditional PE Ops' consulting-style case prep.

Recruiting for private equity was a difficult process for me, especially while I was working 80+ hours in a full-time investment banking role. I was able to make an effective schedule to prepare for interviews that was efficiently tailored to how to succeed in the PE interviews. I am excited to share my knowledge as well as wealth of resources to help you land your dream job in PE.

I worked at two generalist private equity firms focused on control investing in the middle market. I was able to successfully navigate the rigorous onboarding process each firm had - including a challenging case study under a time limit. During my experience in private equity, I was given the opportunity to invest in both domestic and international companies (US, UK, Romania) and had an average deal size of $100M. I enjoy helping clients navigate the PE recruiting cycle and strengthen their investment approach, technical capabilities, and nail their PE interviews. After my time in private equity, I was fortunate to attend HBS and can help clients differentiate if they are coming from a traditional background.

I work with candidates and professionals who want to perform at a high level in private equity, not just pass interviews. Sessions are practical, tailored, and honest. The goal is not to memorize answers, but to think like an investor and show up as someone a team would trust in a real transaction. Clients value that I am direct, thoughtful, and invested in their outcomes. I help them understand not only how to get into private equity, but how to succeed once they are there.

I began my career in Investment Banking at Solomon Partners and graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. At Solomon, I was actively involved in recruiting — interviewing and screening 50+ candidates — and developed a strong sense of what top firms are really looking for.
