About Adam

I have had experience across consulting, private capital, banking, and private equity, and I coach candidates pursuing MBB, consulting, IB, and wealth management roles. I began my career after a Natural Sciences degree from UCL, joining PwC before spending seven years at Citi in EMEA. I was later selected for an Executive Leadership Programme at Oxford’s Blavatnik School and went on to pursue my MBA at London Business School as a Merit Scholar. During my MBA, I interned at BCG Africa, before moving to a boutique investment bank, and joining a distressed private equity firm. I currently work in post-merger integration at Accenture, following an M&A transaction, giving me hands-on exposure to both strategy and execution. I coach candidates end-to-end from resume review to case, technical, and fit interviews, with a focus on structured problem solving, commercial judgment, and executive communication. My approach is highly personalised, combining real-world experience with direct feedback to help candidates perform with clarity, confidence, and credibility.

Why do I coach?

One of the main reasons I coach is that many candidates never fully challenge themselves to articulate why they want choose a particular school, role or career. Without that clarity, it’s hard to stand out — both in interviews and in the long term. I’ve had to constantly refine my own “why,” including through exercises like writing my obituary and being challenged by mentors who pushed me to think more deeply about impact, growth, and direction. Throughout my career, I’ve also been fortunate to have people who have recognised my potential to move across fields — something that is relatively rare and requires both self-belief and intentional decision-making. As a coach, I help candidates develop that same clarity. Beyond interview technique, I focus on helping clients stress-test their motivations, tell an authentic story, and show up with conviction — so their answers feel grounded, coherent, and genuinely compelling.
