My own path into private equity was nontraditional. I’m the Founder of Zeus Global, an independent PE platform where I’ve led full deal processes — from sourcing and underwriting to diligence and capital formation — across live acquisitions in SaaS and tech-enabled services. Before launching Zeus, I led growth and middle-market investing at a $5B family office, and held investment roles at LeapFrog Investments and the Africa Finance Corporation. I earned my MBA from Stanford GSB. I’ve coached candidates across every stage, from pre-MBA associates and undergrads targeting analyst programs to post-MBA professionals navigating VP-track interviews. I specialize in helping “non-obvious” profiles break in by reframing their experience into an investor-ready narrative and building the technical and commercial acumen that top-tier PE firms demand.

I have significant experience recruiting for jobs in finance, including both private equity associate and hedge fund roles. I also served as an interviewer and mentor for junior employees during my time in finance, so I am well-positioned to help current students or people in other roles make the transition. I worked at two generalist private equity firms focused on control investing in the middle market. I was able to successfully navigate the rigorous onboarding process each firm had - including a challenging case study under a time limit. During my experience in private equity, I was given the opportunity to invest in both domestic and international companies (US, UK, Romania) and had an average deal size of $100M. I enjoy helping clients navigate the PE recruiting cycle and strengthen their investment approach, technical capabilities, and nail their PE interviews. After my time in private equity, I was fortunate to attend HBS and can help clients differentiate if they are coming from a traditional background.

Prior to my career in private equity, I spent 5 years in investment banking with Goldman Sachs, as both an Associate and an Analyst, where I worked on $20B+ of closed deals. Currently, I am pursuing my MBA at Columbia Business School as a Robert F. Smith Scholar, further deepening my expertise in alternative investments and entrepreneurship. Over the last decade, I have coached 75+ students/early stage professionals across a variety of formal and informal capacities. I began my career in private equity after graduating from Georgetown, joining a multibillion-dollar fund as an investment professional. In addition to my deal work, I was entrusted with interviewing PE analyst candidates and helping determine who would join the firm — experience that gave me a deep, firsthand understanding of the recruiting process and the qualities investment teams prioritize. Combined with a Wharton MBA and a strong foundation in finance and accounting, my coaching is structured, analytical, and aligned with real private equity expectations. After two years in public accounting, I was able to transition into private equity operations. I worked as a FinOps Analyst, focusing on FP&A projects for B2B SaaS portfolio companies, including financial reporting, financial modeling, SaaS metrics, and accounting. I can help you learn the inside knowledge needed to understand how a private equity fund operates, and develop your skillset for your networking and interview processes.
