My experience at Stanford University, working with students from around the world, opened my eyes to the unique challenges they face. The pressure to excel, the cultural adjustments, and the constant comparison game—I saw how these factors impact their well-being. Witnessing this ignited a passion within me to make a difference. My experiences and the stories of hundreds of students I've worked with have fueled my desire to help students succeed in college. As a Certified Mental Health Coach, I work with college students as they tackle academic and personal challenges. I work with people who look “fine” on paper but don’t feel fine inside. The ones carrying a lot of responsibility, ambition, and self-awareness, yet still wrestling with anxiety, burnout, identity questions, or a low-grade sense that something is off. I’m not a therapist, and this isn’t clinical treatment. It’s structured, honest coaching for people who want more clarity about how they’re operating and why certain patterns keep repeating. My background spans leadership, coaching, and lived experience with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. That combination shapes how I work: grounded, direct, and practical, without platitudes or forced optimism. Sessions focus on naming what’s actually happening beneath the surface, building emotional awareness without over-intellectualizing it, and helping you make changes that are realistic inside a demanding life—not in some hypothetical calmer future.

I am a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and ICF ACC with additional graduate-level training in mental health counseling, specializing in emotional resilience, self-regulation, and holistic wellbeing for high-achieving professionals.
