I've worked in marketing my entire career, focusing on digital marketing and product marketing both in consulting and in-house. The last 5 years of my career have been spent leading GTM strategy and execution at startups and global tech companies.

I'm passionate about helping businesses connect with their audiences and achieve their goals through strategic and creative marketing. As the Co-Founder & Director of Marketing at Windfall Bio, a nature-based biotechnology company, I've had the opportunity to build our brand from the ground up. I lead the development and execution of our brand strategy, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and shaping the narrative that communicates our mission: transforming harmful methane into organic soil nutrients. My work involves engaging with our target customers, partners, and investors, ensuring our value proposition and impact are clearly understood. My journey to marketing began with a deep interest in innovation and entrepreneurship, which I explored during my studies at Stanford University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Science, Technology, and Society in 2022. This interdisciplinary background gave me a unique perspective on the intersection of technology, business, and communication, which I apply to my marketing approach. I believe that effective marketing is about more than just tactics; it's about understanding your audience, telling a compelling story, and building authentic connections. I'm eager to share my experiences and insights with others who are passionate about making a positive impact through their work. I'm always learning and growing, and I'm excited to connect with like-minded individuals who share my passion for creativity and innovation in the world of marketing.

After 9 years leading teams in marketing, reaching millions of customers, my own career development has seen me move into coaching hundreds of people on navigating their next step in their marketing journey. From entry-level juniors getting into content roles, MBA or Masters in Marketing students accelerating their career in marketing, all the way through to senior marketing executives pivoting into a new sector, I've supported people at those crucial stages of CV writing, LinkedIn profile development, networking and interview preparation. This includes international profiles for all types of marketing roles across numerous different sectors.

I began my career as an Analyst on the Digital Marketing team at BlackRock, the world’s largest financial asset manager with $10.6 million in assets under management. After 2.5 years, I was promoted to an Associate role on BlackRock's Marketing COO Team, where I spent the next 2.5 years. During my tenure at BlackRock, I reviewed resumes, conducted interviews, and evaluated candidates for BlackRock's internship and analyst programs. Getting accepted to BlackRock’s Marketing Analyst Program and then evaluating candidates for this program has given me firsthand insight into what’s required to stand out in selective application processes and land competitive marketing roles.

As a Sales Lead at BeReal and a former Sales Manager at Spotify, I have honed my skills in enterprise sales and strategic marketing initiatives. My journey also includes founding a successful e-commerce business, which generated over 1,000 orders and £30,000 in revenue, showcasing my entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on expertise. I specialize in digital planning and buying, having worked with major accounts such as Netflix and Paramount Pictures. I spent 8 years in brand marketing at Nestlé and Dreyer's Ice Cream, where I managed iconic (and delicious!) brands like Häagen-Dazs and Dreyer’s & Edy’s ice cream, among many others. Some of my most gratifying work at Nestle was helping to manage and develop my team - As much as I enjoy developing brands, I love developing future marketing leaders even more!
