I have the unique blend of transitioning to PM from a sales engineering -> management consulting -> Amazon product manager role. Aside from the coaching in my weekly 1:1's with the two junior PM's I manage, I also conduct learning sessions with my alumni org (illinoispm.com) of 20-30 university students, and I regularly mentor over 50+ students at Carlmont High School. Throughout my entire 10 year career, I have also had 30+ informal sessions to help friends and family optimize their resumes for ATS, and specific job roles.
