I worked in management consulting for almost a decade across a variety of roles - as a Business Analyst, Associate, Engagement Manager, and Associate Partner. At McKinsey, I was a Faculty member who led analyst and associate trainings and conducted hundreds of hours of interview coaching. At UVA and HBS, I peer coached classmates to prepare for the consulting interview process.

Leveraging three years at Bain on the "other side" of recruiting, I provide coaching for the entire recruiting process, from networking strategy and resume reviews to case and behavioral interview prep. A little bit about me: I spent three years at Bain & Company as a consultant and manager, after graduating from Michigan Ross with my MBA. I was heavily involved in recruiting at Bain: I was an on-campus recruiter for Pride @ Bain nationally, conducted undergraduate (associate consultant) interviews, supervised interns across Bain's Summer Associate, BASE, and ADvantage programs, and authored an MBA interview case. I've conducted over 300 mock consulting case interviews during my time at Bain and Ross, and I've successfully coached several individuals in getting MBB offers, many from non-traditional backgrounds. I successfully recruited for an MBA Consultant internship at the Boston Consulting Group and received a return offer upon the end of my internship. While at Kellogg, I have coached dozens of 1st year MBA students interested in consulting in both case and behavioral interviews, networking and the application process as a whole. I led an "interview practice group", meeting with 6 1st year students weekly for 3 months to coach them and give them practice interviews. This position also led me to give practice interviews and detailed advice to many other students, several on an ongoing basis. I have received training from BCG on how to coach and evaluate applicants and have used that to coach dozens of MBA students.

I worked at BCG for ~9 years, starting as an Associate and receiving direct promotions to Partner. While at BCG, I led our office recruiting (including performing 200+ final round interviews) and our Career Development Committee for Associates & Consultants, so I know both how to get the offer and also succeed at the job over time. Following my BCG internship, I was the president of the management consulting club at Brigham Young University. Having worked at top firms including Bain & Company and Monitor Deloitte for five years, I have extensive knowledge of strategy consulting. At Bain, I honed my skills in private equity due diligences, before heading out to Columbia Business School to complete my MBA. I have predominantly worked with industry-leading media and sports clients, spending time on secondment to Disney and Manchester United FC. I am highly analytical, given my degree in Economics from the London School of Economics. This background makes me well placed to help when it comes to prepping for market sizing and case interviews. Led Stanford and LGBTQ recruiting for Bain's Bay Area offices, during which I reviewed 200+ resumes & CVs (selecting applicants to interview) and case prepped 60+ candidates. Also spent 3 months working full-time with Bain SF's recruiting team, including facilitating hiring committees, tracking applicant feedback, and closing prospective hires. Separate from recruitment, I worked on multiple corporate and private equity consulting case teams and was consistently rated in the top 10% of my 65-person cohort.
