Annie worked as a Consulting Peer Advisor at the University of Michigan's University Career Center, where she provided comprehensive feedback to 10+ students weekly on mock behavioral and consulting case interviews. She helped 7 students secure an internship or full-time offer after continuous preparation and mentorship to the students, and had a client satisfaction rating of 100%. Annie has been through the consulting preparation stages in college when she applied for the Big 3 and Big 4 firms, and she has experience casing with partners and associates from McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Pwc, Deloitte, and many other boutique consulting firms. I have extensive interviewing experience, including giving cases, from throughout my professional career. These include MBA admissions interviews, MBB consulting interviews, and behavioral interviews in a variety of forms. I have also given countless mock interviews and have experience giving very detailed, nuanced feedback and tips to help candidates find immediate growth opportunities. More specifically, prior to Booth, I interviewed >100 of people during my time at Cornerstone Research, where I ended my time as the Head of Recruiting for the Boston office for the 2015 season. While at Booth, I conducted MBA Admissions interviews for applicants. With respect to management consulting, I was selected as a BCG MBA fellow prior to starting at Booth and successfully navigated the summer internship recruiting process to be a Bain Summer Associate. Since then, I have given numerous live interviews on behalf of Bain as well as helped countless students while at Booth and at Bain learn how to case successfully. This included resume work, ensuring candidates were representing themselves well behaviourally, and, of course, making acing interviews their second nature.
