I'm a former management consultant at McKinsey & Company with almost 5 years at the firm across the United States and Latin America - whether you need help with case interview preparation, resume optimization, or behavioral interview techniques, I'm happy to help guide you - I even interviewed more than 40 candidates for Analyst and Associate roles (including summer internships) during my time at McKinsey! Additionally, I am trilingual - I'm a native English speaker originally from the United States, but I have lived and worked in Mexico and Brazil and am happy to help out in English, Spanish, or Portuguese. I began my career in management consulting, where I worked on high-impact strategy projects and learned firsthand the skills top firms look for in candidates. Combined with my Stanford MBA and leadership experience scaling PE-backed businesses, I bring both the consulting toolkit and the operator’s perspective to my coaching. I didn’t take the traditional path into consulting. I began my career in Audit at Deloitte, then made an internal pivot into Strategy Consulting, where I led high-impact projects for global clients and partnered with senior stakeholders to drive operational improvements. That experience taught me how to position myself without a classic “case interview” route and more importantly, how to translate non-consulting skills into a compelling, credible story. Now, as an MBA student at London Business School, I help aspiring consultants, especially career changers, navigate the process with confidence. I can support you in crafting your consulting narrative, building a networking strategy that actually gets replies, and learning how to “speak the language” of a consultant when you come from another industry. I also coach on the softer but equally important side: what a day in consulting really looks like, what top firms value in new hires, and how to highlight those skills in interviews and coffee chats. I have over eight years of strategy consulting experience at Deloitte, from campus-hire analyst to post-MBA engagement manager. I was a consistent top-performer throughout my tenure, accepted into Deloitte Consulting’s MBA sponsorship program before attending the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business full-time MBA program. I led projects in growth strategy and transformation, helping VP+ clients define how to grow top line numbers as well as find efficiencies. This includes Board of Director material prep, workshops to plot courses for growth and opportunity identification, prioritization, and operationalization.

As a high-performing Consultant at Deloitte with 'Exceptional' client ratings year after year, I've led strategy efforts across biopharma, technology, and industrials, delivering 20 unique projects over 4 years. I spent 3 years on our recruiting team for Southern California schools as my firm initiative or 'extracurricular', co-leading recruitment for the Claremont Colleges and supporting recruitment at USC and UCLA in addition to my client work. Through that and Deloitte's Leadership, Allyship, and Mentorship Program (DLAMP) for underrepresented applicants, I led multiple candidates through the Deloitte Consulting application process and coordinated recruitment and selection efforts on the back end.
