I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 10 years of experience coaching and developing leaders in technology, sales, and finance. I have 13+ years of experience leading teams at technology start-ups (LinkedIn, Digit, Brightwheel) and fortune 100 companies (Disney, Nike, Chase, Bank of America, J & J). I was fortunate to start managing people early on in my career and be surrounded by strong leaders and mentors who supported by own development. Over the years, I've been a people manager, team lead, people's people manager, function head, and a senior executive leadership committee member. I've also worked under not so great leaders, seeing both sides of how a leader can directly impact individuals' growth and development, as well as organizations' culture and success. With these experiences and learnings, I take an integral, values-driven approach to coaching and based on your goals, together we will uncover insights, establish new perspectives and practices, and drive sustainable change--opening up new possibilities for you as a leader.
