I have 13+ years of experience leading teams at technology start-ups (LinkedIn, Digit, Brightwheel) and fortune 100 companies (Disney, Nike, Chase, Bank of America, J & J). I was fortunate to start managing people early on in my career and be surrounded by strong leaders and mentors who supported by own development.
