Prior to becoming a coach, I worked in the not-for-profit field as a CEO, COO, and Major Gifts Fundraiser in the educational, cultural, philanthropic and environmental sectors. I have a passion for operations, fundraising, youth engagement and culture building. I coach leaders to find a more gentle, sustainable and fulfilling approach for building an organization where volunteers, staff and board feel they are enough and see each other as collaborators on a mission to build a more just world.
