I’ve spent 12+ years building and leading program management, strategy, and trust and safety teams at tech companies like Uber, Tinder and Hinge. I've grown teams from 3 to 30 employees and scaled operational programs across 6 continents. I've been a trusted advisor to VPs and the C-suite and helped make the business case industry-first features. To me leadership isn't just about the people you manage; it's about the people you can inspire and influence. This curiosity and empathy have driven me to not only lead large, global teams to solve complex problems by deeply understanding the end-user, but it’s also led me into the field of leadership coaching. I’m currently a Product and Strategy Executive in Tech. I have 15 +years of experience in Product, Strategy, Marketing, Innovation, Operations, and Engineering roles. With a background spanning Tech, Healthcare, and Consumer Products, I bring a wealth of functional and industry experiences to the table. Trained in human-centered design, I combine industry knowledge with innovative strategies to help you build the dream life you're looking for. I’m a mother, wife, and gender equity advocate. Most importantly, I am a person of faith who believes in a higher calling beyond any role or position; such a calling ultimately drives my life purpose and work. I’ve held multiple senior leadership roles in the healthcare space, and I didn’t get there by following a playbook. Like many emerging leaders, I had to figure it out on my own. No mentor. Just a lot of trial by fire. I learned to observe, adapt, and make the key mindset shifts needed to go from doer to leader, often in environments where the rules changed overnight. At Microsoft, I’ve coached VPs through critical transitions, guided leadership teams through post-acquisition integration, and helped executives gain clarity on complex decisions amid competing priorities. I’ve also served as Chair of the Bowdoin College Alumni Council and its Diversity Committee, leading governance and strategic decision-making at the institutional level. My approach is grounded in real-world experience with power dynamics, organizational complexity, and the isolation that comes with senior leadership. I have a long track record of achieving results by guiding individuals toward elevated performance, growth, and self-awareness. My corporate background includes leading teams to record revenue achievements and spearheading strategies for growth. During my decade-long tenure at LinkedIn, I was part of the sales launch team for sponsored content; led a large global cross-functional sales team dedicated to supporting LinkedIn's largest customers; and played a critical leadership role in building a North America key account sales organization. I honed my expertise in relationship building and growth strategies by engaging with C-level and other high-level executives at Fortune 500 companies. My sustained high-performance garnered recognition as a top global sales performer for multiple consecutive years. At The Economist, I served as the head of sales for advertising, research, and events in the Western United States and Latin America where I developed and executed a new global sales strategy. Under my leadership, the sales team achieved consecutive years of record revenue sales. Prior to The Economist, I dedicated seven-plus years at Ziff Davis to building, training, and coaching top-tier advertising-sales organizations. Today, my mission is to leverage my extensive corporate sales leadership experience along with the immense potential of executive coaching to enable individuals and organizations to reach their goals, exceed expectations and fulfill their true purpose.
