I have coached CEOs, Executive Directors, business owners, senior leaders, team leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals in transition since 2002. I hold multiple professional certifications and adult continuing education certificates, including a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Executive Leadership Coach (CELC) from Ignite Business Partners' Coaching Excellence (ICF Level 2), Certified Professional Coach in Executive Coaching from Rowan College of South Jersey, and Certified Positive Intelligence Coach® (CPQC®). I also have certifications in trauma-informed approaches and inclusive leadership through implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Additionally, I have an M.S. in Executive Leadership from Champlain College, a B.A. in Political Science/Honors with concentrations in Pre-Law and Women's Studies from Rowan University, and an A.A. in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Business Communications from Rowan College of South Jersey (RCSJ).

I have been trained at J&J in their methodology for creating high-performing teams (Curphy Solutions model). This program offers a rich suite of research-based tools to diagnose sources of team issues and solutions to address them. The best part about the methodology is that it is intended to train teams to develop the skills to be self-monitoring and correcting. This creates empowerment for those I coach. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with managers and high-performing professionals who were navigating heavy workloads, complex team dynamics, and the challenges of sustaining performance in fast-paced organizations. My background includes developing leaders, coaching leaders on prioritization, decision-making, and boundary-setting, and helping organizations improve leadership effectiveness without sacrificing employee well-being or long-term performance. I hold a Master's in Human Resources, and have a strong background in developing and leading people leaders.
