Upskill for Hedge Fund & Quant Careers | ex-CMU | 75+ Candidates Hired
I help engineers, data scientists, and finance professionals who want to transition into hedge funds, quant research, and systematic trading roles. Before founding my practice, I served as a Career Coach for CMU’s MSCF program, the #3 quantitative finance program in the US whose graduates routinely land roles across leading hedge funds, multi-manager platforms, and systematic trading groups.
During my time at MSCF, I partnered closely with quant researchers, developers, traders, hiring managers, and recruiters to understand how top buy-side teams evaluate talent. Over three years, I coached nearly 300 candidates and supported outreach to researchers, MDs, and recruiters for a number of talent development and career-focused events to prepare one of the most consistent quant-talent pipelines in the country. My work included refining technical narratives, preparing candidates for rigorous multi-round interviews, and translating diverse professional backgrounds—engineering, data science, software, banking, research—into hedge-fund-ready stories.
Clients come to me for precision positioning: clarifying the through-line of their experience, strengthening quantitative and technical signals, and aligning their profile with the expectations of hedge funds and systematic trading environments. My coaching is direct, structured, and designed for professionals seeking strategic clarity - not surface-level fixes.
